Hisashi Jōgo ( Japanese 城 後 寿 , Jogo Hisashi ; born April 16, 1986 in Kurume , Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Hisashi Jōgo learned to play football in the youth teams of Minami FC Tortoise and Valentia FC and in the school team of Nagasaki Kunimi High School . He signed his first contract with Avispa Fukuoka in 2005 . The club from Fukuoka , a city on Kyūshū , the southernmost of the Japanese main islands, played in the country's second division, the J2 League . In 2005 he was runner-up with the club in the J2 and rose to the first division. After only one year in the J1 League , he had to return to the second division at the end of 2006. In 2010 and 2015 he was third in the league with Avispa and rose to the first division. Here, too, the club only played in the first division for one year. After a year he had to relegate back to the second division. So far, he has played at least 372 games for Fukuoka.
