Hochfeld was an official district of Mitterfels in the Lower Bavarian district of Straubing-Bogen . The former wasteland has now risen in the village of Mitterfels.

Today Hochfeld is a locality in the southwest of Mitterfels, south of the state road 2140 and north of the district road SR 6, where the road Hochfeldring runs today .

history

Until its dissolution in 1876, Hochfeld was part of the community of Scheibelsgrub . The last mention in the official registers of Bavaria was made with the census data from 1961 for the territory as of October 1, 1964.
