Hof Sailtheim , sometimes just Sailtheim , is a residential area in the Lauda-Königshofener district of Deubach in the Main-Tauber district in the Franconian north-east of Baden-Württemberg .

geography

Hof Sailtheim is about 2 kilometers north of Deubach. Other surrounding places are Hofstetten after about 500 meters in the northwest, Kützbrunn after about 2 kilometers in the north, Messelhausen after about 2.5 kilometers in the northeast, Hof Marstadt about 2.5 kilometers in the east, Königshofen after about 2.5 kilometers in the southwest and Marbach after about 2.5 kilometers to the west.

history

The place was first mentioned in 1383 as Seyltal . Hof Sailtheim came to the Teutonic Order in the 14th century from the von Finsterlohr and other nobility .

On the table sheet no. 6424 "Königshofen" from 1881 the place was listed as Sailtheim with nine buildings and a chapel .

The residential space came to the city of Lauda on January 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform in Baden-Württemberg as part of the formerly independent municipality of Deubach. On January 1, 1975, the city of Lauda reunited with the city of Königshofen and the community of Unterbalbach to form the city of Lauda-Königshofen.
