The Hofmark Aicha vorm Wald was a closed Hofmark based in Aicha vorm Wald , today a municipality in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau .

history

The seat of Aicha is first attested in 1410. He was for generations the fief of the family arrow. At the beginning of the 16th century the Püchler von Weideneck took over the Hofmark and in 1540 the Siegertshofer married. The Siegertshofers were followed by the nobles von Stoer, who around 1580 essentially designed the current appearance of Schloss Aicha vorm Wald .

In 1682 the electoral councilor Baron Kaspar von Schmidt zu Sulzbach bought the Hofmark and sold it again to Siegmund Friederich Süntzl von Söldenau before 1689 . After his and his widow's deaths, Adam Leopold von Rehling inherited them in 1724. Max Alois von Asch bought it from him. In 1752 Baron von Hackledt bought the castle and the Hofmark, in 1773 it was passed on to Baron von Schönhueb. In the years 1765 to 1777, Baron von Schrecksleb is also named as the owner of some properties.

In 1792 Joseph Anton Freiherr von Hackledt took over the Hofmark. In 1800 his heir, Baron Joseph von Peckenzell, became the new owner. In 1816 the master dyer and later member of the state parliament, Friedrich Zaspel, bought the property.
