The Hog Bay Road is a trunk road in the southeast of the Australian state of South Australia . It connects to the Kangaroo Island to Kangaroo Iceland Sealink in Penneshaw with the Playford Highway in Kingscote .

course

Hog Bay Road begins at Penneshaw Ferry Terminal. There it is connected via the Kangaroo Island Sealink (car ferry) to the Jervis ferry terminal on the Fleurieu Peninsula and thus to the Main South Road (B23). The road leads along the north coast initially to the southwest to the narrowest point of the Kangaroo Island between Pelican Lagoon and Penington Bay .

From there it leads to the northwest, past the junction of the American River Road , which leads to the American River holiday complex . The Hog Bay Road crosses the only river on the island with the Cygnet River and meets the Playford Highway (B23) on its north bank . Together with him, she covers the last few kilometers to the end point in Kingscote.
