architecture
It is a three-storey plastered building with a gently sloping gable roof . Traditional facade structure of the Rhenish three-window house with emphasis on the first floor as a bel étage . Horizontal division and structuring by means of plinth, storey and protruding eaves and a strong imitation of cuboids on the ground floor.
The vertical emphasis on the first floor is taken over by an outer pilaster position and an inner, three-dimensionally formulated column position, which is supported by masked consoles . The building is accessed through the deeply cut entrance niche on the right. All window openings have a shape and design that varies from storey to storey. Those on the ground floor, including the entrance niche, are designed as arched windows with keystones ; the vertical rectangles of the first floor close with a straight lintel and are crowned with finely modeled ornamentation . The six evenly lined up windows on the second floor are formulated as narrow, high round arches.
