The Holtedahlfjella ( English Holtedahl Peaks ) are a group of mountain peaks and ridges in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . They lie north of the Steinskaret saddle in the Orvinfjella and form the northern section of the Kurzegebirge .

In a map of the Norwegian Polar Institute from 1966, the name Holtedahlfjella is used for the entire extent of the Kurzegebirge. The latter, however, had already been named during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 . The mountain range described here is named after the Norwegian geologist Olaf Holtedahl (1885–1975), who worked on the South Shetland Islands and the Palmer Archipelago between 1927 and 1928 .
