The term gay agenda (German homosexual plan or homosexual tactics , in the sense of homosexual combat program ) is a political phrase used by opponents of equal rights for lesbians and gays , mostly conservatives (especially evangelical fundamentalists and representatives of the religious right in the United States ). They use it to describe their perception of the lesbian and gay movement and its goals.
