Hong Moon-jong (born April 5, 1955 in Yangju ) is a conservative South Korean politician and member of the Gukhoe for Uijeongbu . He was a member of the National Assembly from 1996 to 2000, 2003 to 2004 and since 2012. Hong is chairman of the Chin Park shin party .

Before that he belonged to the Uri Gonghwa party , but left it due to the dispute over the direction with Cho Won-jin . Hong is known as a politician who, despite her convictions, is vehemently committed to former President Park Geun-hye . He wanted to get their support for his party in the 2020 general election , but Park spoke out in favor of the Mirae-tonghap party .
