Honschaft Ellscheid

The Honschaft Ellscheid up to the 19th century, one of the lowest administrative units of the Berg community Ellscheid in the mayoralty Haan in the district Elberfeld the administrative district of Dusseldorf within the Prussian Rhine Province . With the municipal regulations for the Rhine Province in 1845, the Honschaft was transformed into the municipality of Ellscheid.
