Honorable Millrath
The Honschaft Millrath up to the 19th century, one of the lowest administrative units of the Berg community Millrath in the mayoralty Haan in the district Elberfeld the administrative district of Dusseldorf within the Prussian Rhine Province . Previously, the Honschaft belonged to the Mettmann office in the Duchy of Berg .
According to the treasury and storage book of the Mettmann office in the 17th and 18th centuries, the following towns and places belonged to the honors : stahlshoff, falckenberg with breeding house, Hoff zu Teckhaußen with breeding house, Clemenshauß with kothen, starting with Teckhauß, apparently with breeding house, Eickenberg Leibzuchthauß, Schlickum, Frinßberg, Der Grundt mit Kothgen, Gulckers haußmans with backhauß, Oberlenders guth, stahlen guth with backhauß, Neessen guth is not a house, Petter haußmans, Die Mettman, schroders Endt, brücken gutsh, henrockh, Wilshbeckh, Schrockh, Eickertz , schielßhoff, Krogers haußmans, bircken, sand and ganß, grethenberg, aufm Kamp, Kückelsberg, heitzberg, schielßheidt, kochsheidt, strip.
According to the statistics and topography of the Düsseldorf administrative district from 1832, the following towns and places of residence belonged to the Honschaft: Feldhoff , Millrath , Schlickum , Stollshaus , and Stollshof .
With the municipality order for the Rhine Province in 1845 the Honschaft was converted into the municipality of Millrath.
