Horia Damian (born February 27, 1922 in Bucharest ; † May 14, 2012 in Paris ) was a Romanian- French painter and sculptor .
Life
Horia Damian was a student of André Lhote (1985–1962) and from 1949 to 1950 a student of Fernand Léger (1881–1955). In 1951 Damian began working on the “Star Heaven”. He worked with Piet Mondrian , Auguste Herbin and Félix Del Marle .
