Horia Toboc
Horia Toboc (born February 7, 1955 in Ianca ) is a former Romanian hurdler and sprinter .
In 1978 he was eighth over 400 m hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in Prague .
At the European Athletics Indoor Championships he won bronze over 400 m at the 1979 in Vienna and was fourth in 1980 in Sindelfingen .
At the Olympic Games in 1980 he was sixth over 400 m hurdles and was eliminated over 400 m in the preliminary run.
He was Romanian champion over 400 m (1977–1982, 1984–1986) and 400 m hurdles (1976–1980, 1982, 1984–1986) nine times.
