Horst Borasch
Horst Borasch (born March 4, 1930 ; † February 17, 2020 ) was a German filmmaker and production manager for public broadcasting .
Life
Since 1963 Borasch worked for the Sender Free Berlin (SFB) . As the production manager of numerous television films , most of which were made in the 1970s and 1980s, Borasch made a name for himself above all as the production manager of the SFB. And worked with actors such as Hildegard Knef , Manfred Krug , Harald Juhnke , Dieter Hildebrandt and Günter Pfitzmann .
As part of his work, he was also decisively involved in the development of the third television program B1 for the SFB, which went on air from October 1992 and which later went on in the RBB Berlin .
