Horst Falk

Horst Falk (* 15. May 1970 in Wildeshausen ) is a German teacher and politician of the CDU . He has been a member of the Hessian state parliament since 2020 .

Life

Falk initially studied physics at the Philipps University of Marburg and completed his studies in 2002 with a doctorate. rer. nat. from. From 2002 to 2007 he worked as a project manager at Ruwel GmbH. From 2007 to 2009 Falk completed his legal clerkship at the Philippinum grammar school in Marburg, where he passed the 2nd state examination (in mathematics and physics) [1].

He was a teacher of mathematics and physics at the Philippinum grammar school in Marburg and most recently worked for the Marburg-Biedenkopf state school authority as a specialist advisor for media education. He lives in Dautphetal .

Politically, he belongs to the CDU and is a member of the district council for his party in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district . There he is deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group. In the state elections in Hesse in 2018 , he ran as a deputy to Thomas Shepherd in the constituency Marburg-Biedenkopf I . After Schäfer's suicide on March 28, 2020, he moved up to the state parliament.
