Horst Kliche

Horst Kliche (born November 1, 1938 in Berlin ; † February 6, 2000 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Horst Kliche attended high school and did an industrial apprenticeship from 1954 to 1958. In 1962 he graduated as an engineer . He then worked in North Rhine-Westphalia as an electrical engineer . In 1969 he became a construction engineer at Siemens AG in Berlin. Kliche joined the SPD in 1970. In the Berlin election in 1981 he was elected to the district assembly in the Spandau district. In May 1985 Klaus Jungclaus was elected to the district councilor in Spandau, so that Kliche could move up to the Berlin House of Representatives . After the 1995 election he left parliament and was a district councilor in Spandau until his death.
