Horst Spegg

Horst Spegg (born June 23, 1928 in Reutlingen , † August 16, 1994 in Stuttgart ) was a German pharmacist .

After his internship time in the Lion Pharmacy in Leonberg in 1950 consisted Spegg in Stuttgart, the pharmaceutical preliminary examination, studied until the approval in 1955 at the University of Tübingen and in 1957 at the same university at Karl Hummel Dr. rer. nat. PhD. In the same year he entered the Marien-Apotheke in Stuttgart, which he bought in 1965 due to the sudden death of the owner. It remained in his possession until 1992.

Spegg was best known for its activities in the education and training of pharmaceutical staff. From 1963 to 1972 he was also a specialist teacher at the Kerschenstein School in Stuttgart-Feuerbach for the training of assistants. He was also a member of the examination committee for the pharmaceutical preliminary examination from 1967 to 1970. From 1975 to 1989 he was involved in the "accompanying teaching events" at the universities of Tübingen, Freiburg and Heidelberg and from 1976 to 1989 he was a member of the examination committee for the third section of the pharmaceutical state examination. As a pharmacist (appointed 1979), Spegg gained great recognition through his collegial work. In addition, he emerged as the author of several books and book chapters as well as the editor of supplements for the Deutsche Apotheker-Zeitung (internship letters, PTA today, nutrition current).
