The Hotel Bodeblick is a listed hotel in the town of Thale in the village of Treseburg in the Harz Mountains in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located in the northern part of Treseburg at the address An der Halde 1, directly on the banks of the Bode . Like the other properties on the street An der Halde , the hotel can only be reached by car through a ford through the Bode (not recommended for cars). Directly at the hotel, however, there is a footbridge over the river, via which the nearby car park can also be reached. The main hiking trails Harzer Hexenstieg and the HET-Weg (long-distance hiking trail Harz - Eichsfeld - Thuringian Forest) run by the Harz Club right past the hotel .

Architecture and history

The building was built around 1890 based on the style of French architecture. Stones from the ruins of the historic Treseburg were probably used as building material . The hotel has 13 rooms, a seminar room and a sauna . There is also a restaurant. The house is classified as a three-star hotel in 2018 .

In the local register of monuments , the hotel is listed under registration number 094 25276 as a monument .
