The Rudolf and Robert Houdek GmbH is a German food manufacturer and one of the 20 largest meat processing plants in Germany, based in Starnberg .

The company was founded in 1926 by the parents of the brothers Robert and Rudolf Houdek (1913–2008) in Aussig ( Ústí nad Labem ) in Bohemia . After the expulsion , the two sons came to the Federal Republic, where they started a business again in Starnberg in 1949. In 1962 the first production rooms were built on the site at Moostraße 8 in Starnberg and white sausages, meat loaf and salami were also produced. In 1972 Glonntaler Fleisch- und Wurstwaren GmbH was taken over in Glonn, making it the second production location. In 1997 a third production site followed in Arzberg . In 2004 Rudolf Jochen Houdek and Robert Houdek jointly take over the company.

The production program includes sausage specialties such as kabanos and salami as well as convenience products . It has 820 employees and an annual turnover of € 146 million.

After the closure of the production facilities in Glonn (noble mold salami production), Tönnies Holding took over parts of the machines and systems in autumn 2018 to strengthen the noble mold salami production at the subsidiary Vogt & Wolf in Gütersloh.

The parent company is Starnberger Beteiligungen GmbH with a turnover of 112.6 million euros (2016) and 443 employees. The subsidiaries include:
