Howard G. Minsky

Howard G. Minsky (born January 21, 1914 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania , † August 10, 2008 Palm Beach , Florida ) was an American film producer.

Life

He worked as a talent agent with the William Morris Agency. In the 1960s he turned to film production. He achieved great success with his first film, Love Story , and was nominated for an Oscar in the category of best film in 1971 . Another film production followed in 1973.

In the 2000s he published his memoirs with The Love My Life: The Memoirs of Howard G. Minsky. Minsky was married and the father of two children.
