Hrvoje Ćustić (born October 21, 1983 in Zadar ; † April 3, 2008 ibid) was a Croatian football player .

At the beginning of his professional career Ćustić played from 2000 to 2005 for his youth club NK Zadar . After the club was relegated to the 2nd division in 2005, he moved to NK Zagreb and played first division football there for the following two years. In the summer of 2007 he returned to Zadar after the club was promoted back to the first division, where he signed a contract until 2011. For the Croatian U-21 national team, he completed seven international matches from 2004 to 2005.

On March 29, 2008, the winger suffered severe head injuries in the point game against Cibalia Vinkovci when his head hit a wall after a fight for the ball on the sideline, causing brain hemorrhage. He succumbed to these injuries five days later.
