Hrvoje Vuković (born July 25, 1979 in Split , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a former Croatian football player .

He played for a long time as a defender at SV Wacker Burghausen in the 2nd Bundesliga. In the 2005/06 season he was selected for goal of the month with a fallback goal . His kick against Skerdilaid Curri in the second division game against FC Erzgebirge Aue made negative headlines . As a result, he suffered a ruptured lung and was briefly in mortal danger.

From summer 2007 to 2009 Vuković played for the second division Alemannia Aachen .
