Huang Xiaojing
Huang Xiaojing ( Chinese 黄小晶 ; * 1946 in Fuzhou , Fujian Province ) is a politician in the People's Republic of China .
Huang joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1973 .
After working in the party and administration in Fujian Province, he was Vice Governor of that province from 1995 to 2004. From 2004 he was governor of Fujian Province , initially for one year, until 2011 . Since 2003, he has been Deputy Party Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
He was or is a member of the 16th and 17th Party Congresses and a member of the Central Committee of the CCP since 2007. At the national level, he was also a member of the National People's Congress from 1993 to 1998 and 2003 to 2008.
