Hugo Blanco Galiasso

Hugo Blanco Galiasso (born January 22, 1937 in Chaco ) is an Argentine actor .

Life

Blanco began his acting career at the age of five; later he received the national prize for his performance in the piece "Clerambaro". His theater career led him to engagements in the companies of Pepota Serrador as well as with Jose Cibrián / Ana María Campoy . After his first television engagements, he went to Spain like many of his colleagues in 1961 to gain a foothold in the film business. He made his first film there with Jess Franco in 1962. La mano de un hombre muertomore than fifty appearances for the cinema and television followed, mostly in important supporting roles, occasionally also in the leading role. In the mid-1980s, Blanco returned to Argentina, where he made his last film to date in 1991.

Some of his pseudonyms were John Clark , John Russell, and Hugh White .
