Hugo Cunha
Hugo Filipe da Silva Cunha (born February 18, 1977 in Barreiro , † June 25, 2005 in Montemor-o-Novo ) was a Portuguese football player .
Hugo Cunha played as a midfielder in the Portuguese SuperLiga . He began his football career with the youth of FC Barreirense . From the 1999/2000 season to 2001/02 he played at SC Campomaiorense . He then moved to Vitória Guimarães . During the 2004/2005 season he then ran for União Leiria . On June 25, 2005, he collapsed while playing a recreational game in Montemor-o-Novo and died before he was hospitalized.
