Hugo Dorrego , full name Víctor Hugo Dorrego Coito , (born May 9, 1993 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

The 1.74 meter tall midfielder Dorrego is the brother of the soccer players Silvio Dorrego and Richard Dorrego . He grew up in the Barrio Villa Española as the son of Silvio and "Quica" Dorrego. The father played from 1983 to 1988 as a striker for Villa Española in the "C". Hugo Dorrego was part of the squad of the first division club Nacional Montevideo at the beginning of his career in the 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons . In the first season he ran five times in the Primera División and twice in the Copa Libertadores . He scored a competitive goal just as little as in the following season when he was used three times in the top Uruguayan league and the Copa Libertadores. For the Apertura 2014, he joined the league competitor Club Atlético Rentistas on loan . In the Apertura 2014 he was used eight times (no goal) in the Primera División and twice (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2014 . He then returned to Nacional for the 2015 Clausura. He won the Uruguayan championship with the team at the end of the 2014/15 season, but did not play for the "Bolsos" that season. In September 2015 he moved to the second division club Deportivo Maldonado . In the 2015/16 season he played 14 second division games (no goal). In September 2016 he joined the second division club Cerro Largo FC . In the 2016 season he was there seven times (one goal) in the league.
