Hunter Valentine is an alternative rock band from Toronto , Ontario .
The band consists of Kiyomi McCloskey , Laura Petracca and Adrienne Lloyd . Hunter Valentine is a girl band best known in southern Ontario . In 2004, Kiyomi, Laura and Adrienne Hunter founded Valentine and signed a contract with True North Records in the fall of 2006 . Her first album The Impatient Romantic was released on April 10, 2007.
Members
Kiyomi McCloskey is the lead guitarist and singer for the band Hunter Valentine. She was inspired by Neil Young , the Rolling Stones , Robert Johnson and Lucinda Williams , among others .
Laura Petracca plays the drums in Hunter Valentine. She learned the drums very early on and had successfully participated in many competitions. She was influenced by numerous rock and grunge rock artists.
Adrienne Lloyd is the bass player in Hunter Valentine. Like Laura, she began her music career at an early age. She studied different types of bass , especially the double bass .
