The Husvik Harbor (also Husvik Harbor ) is the southernmost of three side bays at the head of Stromness Bay on the north coast of South Georgia .
The name has been known since at least 1912 and probably goes back to Norwegian whalers who built the Husvik whaling station at the head of this bay.
