The Hutteen SC is a sports club in Latakia in Syria . The men's soccer team currently plays in the country's highest league, the Syrian professional league. The club, which was founded in 1945, plays its home games in the Al Bassel Stadium. The club's greatest success was winning the Syrian Cup in 2001. The team was runner-up twice: 1995/96, 1999/00. The 2007/08 season ended in 8th place in the table.
