Hymenonema graecum is a species of Hymenonema in the sunflower family (Asteraceae).
features
Hymenonema graecum is a perennial stem hemicryptophyte that reaches heights of 20 to 70 centimeters. The leaves are pinnate. Their end lobes are up to 10 millimeters wide. The ray-florets are yellow and occasionally have a purple spot on the base. The pappus is more or less uniform and consists of lanceolate scales with terminal feathery hair.
The flowering period extends from May to July.
Occurrence
Hymenonema graecum occurs in the Kardägäis . The species grows on salt soils (by the sea).
