The Iłżanka is a left tributary of the Vistula in Poland . It rises in the Iłżaer foothills of Kielce highlands in the Świętokrzyskie , but immediately reached the Masovian Province , flows through the town Iłża and extends from there in the northeast direction until it turns at Osuchów after the east-southeast, and this direction to the mouth of the Vistula at Chotcza-Józefów after a run of 77 km. The catchment area is given as 1127 km².
