IFK Ystad HK ( I drotts f öreningen K amraterna Ystad H andboll klubben ) is a Swedish handball club from Ystad .

The club is the spin-off of the handball division of IFK Ystad . The home venue is the Österporthallen, which can hold 2,400 spectators.

The successes of the first men's team playing in the Elitserien include participation in the championship quarter-finals in 2000/2001, 2002/2003 and 2004/2005 as well as the semi-finals in 2003/2004.
