At the Omni Hotels National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships in November 2001, the indoor champions of the 2001/02 college tennis season were determined. The game was played from November 8th to 11th at Brookhaven Country Club in Farmers Branch , Texas near Dallas .
Up to and including the 2000/01 season , the tournament was always played in February. For the 2001/02 season it was postponed to November. For this reason, it took place twice in 2001.
