ITV Cymru Wales (formerly: Harlech Television) is a private television broadcaster headquartered in Cardiff , Wales . Broadcasting began on January 1, 2014 after the joint broadcasting of ITV Wales and the West of England had ceased. The owner of the radio station's ITV Broadcasting Ltd .
