I Wish I Didn't Love You So is a song by Frank Loesser (music and lyrics) released in 1947.

Loesser wrote the song for the Paramount film Pauline, Let It Be Kissed (Original title: The Perils of Pauline , 1947, director: George Marshall ), with Betty Hutton and John Lund in the leading roles. The song is presented by Betty Hutton, accompanied by the Joe Lilley Orchestra. The record appeared on Capitol # 409. I Wish I Didn't Love You So received an Oscar nomination for Best Song in 1948 .
