Ibrahim Kargbo (born April 10, 1982 in Freetown ) is a Sierra Leonean - Belgian professional footballer who has been playing for the Azerbaijani club FK Baku since 2010 .

Kargbo started his career in the youth department of Feyenoord Rotterdam . For the 1999 season he moved to Belgium to FC Brussels , where he was a regular player in the following two years and played 59 league games. He then went to Sporting Charleroi for three more years , for whom the 1.75-meter-tall right-footer was able to score two goals in 80 games as a central defender. A subsequent guest appearance in the Turkish league for Malatyaspor ended after only two months and a single game. Kargbo moved back to Belgium to his home club, which had now merged with FC Brussels. Here he played 26 games in the 2005/06 season and scored one goal. From 2006 to 2010 he worked for Willem II Tilburg in the Dutch Eredivisie before moving to FK Baku .

Kargbo also played several times for the Sierra Leonean national soccer team .
