The Iceberg Bank ( English ) is a submarine bank in the Ross Sea off the Scott coast of East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located south of Franklin Island at roughly the latitude of Cape Day .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them. It is named after the accumulation of icebergs in this area.
