Life

Benedikt Wilhelm Arnold von Droste zu Erwitte came from the old Westphalian noble family Droste zu Erwitte , which died out in the middle of the 18th century and was named after the Erwitte house . He was the son of Engelbert von Droste zu Erwitte and his wife Theresia Maria Anna von der Horst.
