The Ickes Mountains are a series of coastal mountains in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . They extend on the Ruppert coast west of the Strauss Glacier over a length of 24 km.

Scientists from the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939-1941) discovered the Mountains at an overflight on 18 December 1940. It is named after the American politician Harold L. Ickes (1874-1952), in whose tenure as Minister of the Interior of the United States , the The United States Antarctic Service was founded.
