Ida Ahlers
Ida Ahlers ( March 20, 1839 in Bromberg - March 15, 1901 in Bremen ) was a stage actress and opera singer .
Life
Ahlers began her stage career in 1860 without ever having completed any acting training. After the first engagement in Elbing , further stage engagements followed in 1863 in Breslau and in 1864 in Lübeck . The following year she performed in Bremen, in 1866 she was committed to Trier and in 1869 she was engaged in Riga . From 1882 to 1884 she played at the City Theater in Königsberg and in the same year became a member of the City Theater in Bremen, where she worked until her death on March 15, 1901.
