The single-storey plastered building with six axes has a mansard roof with a crooked hip . On the street side (west side) there is a risalit offset to the north with a triangular gable . The windows have simple cleaning flasks . On the lake or garden side (east side) there is a risalit offset to the south with large windows. Plaster tapes separate the storeys of both risalites.
