Ignác Jan Hanuš
Ignác Jan Hanuš (born November 28, 1812 in Prague , † May 19, 1869 in Prague) was a Slavist and philosopher.
Hanuš devoted himself to philosophy , drawn by Hegel's writings. In 1838 he became a full professor of philosophy at the University of Lviv . In 1847 he became a professor at the University of Olomouc . In 1849 he went to Prague . In 1852 he was relieved of his professorship and only re-employed as director of the university library in 1860.
