Ignalina , in northeast Lithuania , about 90 km northeast of Vilnius . It is a twin town of Büren in North Rhine-Westphalia . The decommissioned Ignalina nuclear power plant is located around 45 kilometers away in the city of Visaginas in the far northeast of the Ignalina district.
