Henrikas Šiaudinis

Henrikas Šiaudinis (born November 1, 1955 in Nevaišiai near Ignalina ) is a Lithuanian agricultural manager and politician , mayor of the Ignalina district since 2014 .

Life

From 1962 to 1966 he graduated from Nevaišiai primary school. From 1966 to 1970 he studied at the 8-year school Ceikiniai (now Kipras-Petrauskas School). After graduating from high school in 1973 at the 1st Ignalina Middle School (now Česlovas Kudaba School), he graduated from Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija in 1978 with a diploma in agronomy . From 1978 to 1985 he worked as an agronomist . From 1985 to 1995 he headed the collective farm “Naujas gyvenimas” and then the agricultural company žemės ūkio bendrovė “Naujas gyvenimas”. From 1990 to 1995 he was a deputy in the Ignalina district. From 1995 he was deputy mayor of Ignalina. He has been mayor since June 2014.

He is a member of the Lietuvos valstiečių liaudininkų partija party , head of the Ignalina department.

He is married. With his wife Rimutė he has the daughter Monika and the son Ignas.
