Česlovas Kudaba

Česlovas Kudaba (born July 24, 1934 in Kobylnik , Poland , † February 19, 1993 in Vilnius ) was a Lithuanian politician and geographer .

Life

From 1940 his family lived in Vaiciekavas near Ignalina . From 1942 to 1950 he learned in Tverečius ( Ignalina Rajongemeinde ) and from 1950 in Švenčionys . In 1954 he graduated from the Švenčionėliai teacher training college in the Švenčionys district . From 1954 to 1959 he completed the diploma course in geography at the Vilniaus universitetas (VU). From 1959 he taught at the chair for physical geography and cartography at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at VU, from 1974 as a professor . In 1964 he received his PhD in geography . From 1990 to 1992 he was a deputy at the Seimas .
