Ildar Ildussowitsch Issangulow ( Russian Ильдар Ильдусович Исангулов ; born May 20, 1992 in Ufa ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with HK Sokol Krasnoyarsk in the Vysschaja Hockey League since May 2016 .

Career

Ildar Issangulow began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of Salawat Yulayev Ufa , for whose second team he was active in the third-rate Pervaya League in the 2008/09 season . In the 2009/10 season he made his debut for the junior team Tolpar Ufa in the newly founded multinational youth league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja Liga . In the 2011/12 season , the defender also made his debut for the professional team of Salawat Yulayev Ufa in the Continental Hockey League . In his rookie year in the KHL he prepared two goals in a total of twelve games and was eliminated with his team in the first playoff round against Ak Bars Kazan .

International

For Russia , Issangulov took part in the U20 World Junior Championship in 2012 , where he and his team won the silver medal.
