The Ilin-Jurjach ( Russian Илин-Юрях ) is the right source river of the Rossocha in the East Siberian lowlands in the Republic of Sakha .

The Ilin-Jurjach arises at the confluence of the Chotol (left) and Tschaskina-Sjane (right). The strongly meandering river flows through a swamp area covered with countless small lakes in the far west of the Kolyma lowlands in an east-northeast direction before it meets the Arga-Jurjach coming from the west and unites with it to form the Rossocha. The Ilin-Jurjach has a length of 178 km. Its catchment area covers 9730 km², of which 15.1% is lake area. The river is fed by precipitation and snowmelt .
