The Illinois State Route 104 (in short IL 104 ) is a state highway in the US state of Illinois , which runs east-west direction.

The State Route begins in downtown Quincy and ends north of Taylorville on Illinois State Route 29 . The IL 104 used to run from Mount Sterling to Taylorville. The old section has been part of Illinois State Route 99 since 1937 .
