In the summer of 1993, both founded the Panasonic group , whose first EP was released in 1994 on the Sähkö Recordings label founded by Tommi Grönlund . In 1994 Sami Salo joined the group, who left the project two years later.

In 1998 the album Endless was released under the project name Vainio / Väisänen / Vega as a cooperation with Vainio and the suicide singer Alan Vega . At the end of 2001 Väisänen released two 10 ″ singles as Liima on the short-lived Raster Noton sub-label Kangaroo . The originally long-term cooperation as the operator of Kangaroo did not materialize.
