The club Immobilienring Austria is an Austrian broker network, which consists of more than 400 independent Austrian real estate trustees there and give ownership and rented apartments, houses, building plots, luxury real estate and commercial and investment properties. Together with the Association of Real Estate Trustees (ÖVI), it is the second major professional association in the brokerage sector in Austria.
history
The network was founded in 2007 as the successor association of the Immobilienbörsen Vereinigung Austria (IVA) through a merger of the Immobilienring Wien / Niederösterreich , Immobilienring Kärnten and Immobilienring Salzburg associations .
Since January 2012, the Immobilienring has had 66 real estate law firms at over 80 locations in all Austrian federal states . The cooperation enables a nationwide market overview and cooperation of real estate offers in Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland, Salzburg, Upper Austria, Carinthia, Styria and Tyrol. With more than 400 real estate trustees, Immobilienring IR is now the largest broker association in Austria.
The board of the real estate ring IR is the president Georg mirror box (mirror Immobilien GmbH), together with the Vice President Andreas G. Gressenbauer (Aigner and Gressenbauer Immobilien GmbH) .
Agendas
In addition to representing interests, the association is primarily concerned with quality assurance in the industry: The prerequisites for admission to Immobilienring Austria are that the brokerage company has been active on the market for at least five years and has a fixed operating location with a professional office structure. Furthermore, the brokers must have a broker license and liability insurance against financial loss . Special attention is also paid to the training of real estate trustees. The acceptance criteria are intended to create uniform quality standards that guarantee the quality of the “Immobilienring Austria” brand. Immobilienring Austria is positioned as the opposite pole to franchise networks such as RE / MAX or ERA.
The Immobiliencard has been available as a professional ID for real estate trustees since the end of September 2011. In addition to the ÖVI , FIABCI AUSTRIA and the IR Austria Immobilienmarkt (AIB), the Immobilienring also uses the Immobiliencard.
Immobilienring Österreich has been cooperating with Immowelt AG, Nuremberg, since 2008 for the German market .
Data
In 2017, the affiliated brokers achieved a fee turnover of around 76 million euros, an increase of 21 percent compared to the previous year. Around 70 percent of this was generated in the Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland areas, where around two thirds of Austrian brokers operate.
Awards
In 2011, members of the Immobilienring received the Immy Award once in gold and twice in silver. In 2010 and 2009, six members of the Real Estate Ring Austria were presented with a gold trophy at the Immy Awards , with a total of 20 law firms each being awarded gold. In 2008 and 2006, the members of Immobilienring IR were able to win three or one gold trophy. The Immy Award is presented annually on behalf of the professional group of real estate and asset trustees of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and honors the best quality real estate agents in Vienna. The winnings are determined using anonymous test persons or a mystery shopping process, whereby the brokers are tested for professional competence and service quality.
